Teacher Tools provides AI-powered educational tools for UK primary teachers, including WAGOLL Maker, Teacher Chat, and more, delivered via subscription plans:

• Standard: £4.99/month (7-day free trial).
• Premium: £9.99/month.
• School: £100/month.

The Service is digital, accessible instantly upon subscription activation—features may evolve, and we’ll notify you of significant changes.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and have legal capacity to enter contracts to use the Service. Schools must have authorized personnel subscribe on their behalf.

5. Subscription & Payment

• Plans: Prices as listed—Standard includes a 7-day trial, then £4.99/month unless cancelled.
• Payment: Via Stripe—recurring monthly—processed securely (we don’t store card details).
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account—effective at billing cycle end—trial cancellations incur no charge.
• Refunds: No refunds post-trial except per Section 6—contact henry@kubikjonesdigital.com within 14 days.

6. Your Rights (Consumer Protection)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK):

• 14-Day Cooling-Off: Cancel within 14 days of signup—full refund—unless you start using the Service (e.g., downloading PDFs, using Teacher Chat) and waive this right via explicit consent at checkout.
• Faulty Service: If the Service fails to perform (e.g., AI tools unavailable), request repair/replacement or partial refund—email henry@kubikjonesdigital.com.

7. Your Obligations

• Use the Service lawfully—don’t share login details or misuse AI outputs (e.g., plagiarism).
• Provide accurate signup info (e.g., email, payment details).

8. Intellectual Property

- Our Rights: KubikJonesDigital owns Teacher Tools, including AI tools and generated content (e.g., WAGOLLs)—you get a non-exclusive, revocable license to use outputs for personal/school use. - Your Rights: User-provided data (e.g., chat queries) remains yours—we don’t claim ownership—used only to deliver the Service. - Don’t copy, modify, or resell the Service—contact us for partnerships.

9. Limitation of Liability
